We will respond to reports as quickly as possible. However, depending on the content, we may not be able to provide a response immediately, or it may take some time. Responses may also be provided in writing or by phone.
Reports submitted during our holidays will be responded to on the next business day or later.
Please do not reproduce or reuse any part of our responses without our permission.

The following types of reports will not be accepted:

End-of-life products or trial versions
Social engineering attacks
Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks
Reports based solely on automated scanner outputs
Weaknesses in TLS settings (e.g., weak cipher suites, TLS 1.0 support)
Vulnerabilities that cannot be reproduced
Already disclosed vulnerabilities
Vulnerabilities that are not exploitable
Reports indicating non-compliance with “best practices” only Customer information and product vulnerability data provided to us will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
